What My Clients Say

I have known Brian Ripp for nearly ten years. I am experienced in multi-family investments but when I made my first industrial acquisition it was a new game. New people, new terminology and new underwriting. Brian immediately cut to the chase, no nonsense and knew his stuff. I quickly learned that he was in it for my interests. Over many years, Brian helped me with investment strategy, leasing, and eventually the sale of the property. He has a comprehensive understanding of the business and conducts himself with the highest level of integrity in all aspects. I have no doubt the success of the project was due to Brian’s involvement. Over the years Brian has become a friend. I offer my highest recommendation to anyone working with him.

If you are looking for commercial space, or need to lease or sell, Brian is your guy. After being disappointed by 3 previous brokers, I found Brian. He found me the perfect space based on a very tight list of criteria. I was demanding and picky, but he had the patience to dance with me for almost 6 months, and 2 almost-leases before we found the real deal. Anyone else would have run the other way long before. He knows his business, and better, his clients.

Thanks for all you have done for the past two years to help us arrive at our closing yesterday. Thank you also for being on hand at the closing to help smooth out some of the wrinkles that appeared. Your dedication, collegiality, and advocacy on our behalf are all greatly appreciated by all of us here at the Chicago History Museum.

Over the past decade, commercial real estate broker Brian Ripp was integral to the growth of my business, Ignite Gaming. In 2012, he identified and helped negotiate a 7-year lease in an 8500 SF space at 3333 N. Elston in Chicago. This was nearly twice the size of our previous location. In 2017, he again helped us expand by locating a 17,500 sf building for sale at 8111 Skokie Boulevard in Skokie, which Ignite purchased and redeveloped. We look forward to working with Brian on our next real estate deal!

Thank you for the very professional manner in which you handled an extremely delicate property purchase for me. Your knowledge of the industry and your relationships with other brokers made a big difference in my acquisition. I look back with a smile when I think of how you threaded the needle for me so I could acquire the parking lot between my two properties on Northwest Highway.

You kept sending my office postcards announcing what you had sold and what was for sale. You sure are persistent. At the time, I was looking to sell my property, or so I thought. In addition to being a fine broker, you’re actually quite a business person in that you steered me away from my initial decision, and fortunately, I followed your advice.

I would like to take the opportunity to recommend Brian Ripp as an outstanding broker of commercial property. Brian’s knowledge of the market on Chicago’s Northwest side and professional approach to transaction management resulted in a very successful lease and sale of my building at 5201 N. Milwaukee Avenue. I would not hesitate to use Brian gain on any commercial sale or lease.
